Indian Air Force (IAF) 3rd aircraft with 208 Indians landed at Hinden Air Base
Union Minister of State for Home Rajiv Chandrasekhar welcomed Indian citizens arriving at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Chandrasekhar said, "We are bringing our citizens back in the face of hardships. The basic ideology of the Modi government is to reach every Indian in distress."
The remaining Indians in Ukraine will be brought free of charge at the government's expense by special flights as part of Operation Ganga's mission.
